Saturday, 1st September 2012
Warm Up starts: 11:15am, Competition starts: 12 noon sharp
Conducted in accordance with Safety procedures.

Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre
504 Victoria Road, Ryde
Indoor heated pool, 8 lane, with anti-wave ropes and Pool survey accredited 25m.
Separate warm up / swim down lanes available throughout meet.
FREE Tea, Coffee, cakes and biscuits from RAMS and other refreshments for sale at pool kiosk.

ALL Entries Close on Friday, 17th August 2012.
Cost is $25 (Includes $5.40 pool entry), spectator entry $2.60
Maximum of 3 individual events plus 1 relay. No non-point scoring entries accepted.
Assistance with timekeeping may be required, please bring stopwatches.

Event 1: 200m Individual Medley
Event 2: 50m Butterfly
Event 3: 50m Backstroke
 
Choice of 100m : Event 4: Freestyle     OR
                            Event 5: Backstroke  OR   
                            Event 6: Breaststroke   OR
                            Event 7: Butterfly     OR   
                            Event 8: Individual Medley
Event 9:  50m Breaststroke
Event 10:  50m Freestyle 
 
Event 11:   Relays  -  4  x 50m Medley
          A : Women’s, B : Men’s,  C : Mixed
        Limit of 1 relay swim

Awards: Perpetual Trophy to winning visiting club and Ryde AUSSI certificate to all AUSSI swimmers upon request.
Presentation: FREE BBQ and presentation in pool grounds at conclusion of the meet.

Entries:  Entries to be submitted to your Race Secretary.
Race Secretaries to submit club entries by printout of the entry report from ‘Team Manager’ together with payment OR manually on official summary sheet to be received by closing date. If ‘Team Manager’ is used, an export file of entries should be sent electronically to the Meet Recorder, hrubin@comcen.com.au
