TIME: 11:00 am warm up to 11:35. Start 11:40 am

VENUE: Abbotsleigh School, Pacific Highway, Wahroonga (entry off Ada Ave)
8 lane, survey registered, 25 metre heated indoor pool with anti-wave lane ropes; warm-up/swim-down facility

PROGRAM:
1. Choice of one only:
 a)  200m Backstroke
 b)  200m Breaststroke
 c)  100m Butterfly
 d)  100m Freestyle
2.   50m Backstroke
3.   50m Breaststroke
4.   50m Butterfly
5.     50m Freestyle
6.   100m Individual Medley
7.    4 x 50m Medley relay
 a) Women
 b) Men
 c) Mixed

PLEASE NOTE
* Swimmers may enter up to 3 individual events and 1 relay swim

* 45 parking spots available in the grounds, otherwise park on the street
* No smoking in the school grounds
* Caps must be worn in the pool – no exceptions

ENTRY FEE: $20 includes pool entry

ENTRIES:
Swimmers should submit entries to your club Race Secretary
Race Secretaries to send club entries & payment to be received by closing date as ‘Team Manager’ export file,   or   manual entry on the official summary sheet.

PRESENTATION… and refreshments at the poolside at the end of the meet

AWARDS: Trophy for the top point-scoring visiting club
Trophy for the club with the highest average points per swimmer (min. 4)

FINE PRINT:
This meet is open to Masters Swimming members only.
No late entries. Non-point scoring entries will not be accepted.
Warm-up will be conducted in accordance with MSNSW safety procedures.
Masters Swimming NSW Sunsmart and No Smoking Policy will apply.
