NSW BRANCH POINT SCORE MEET

The meet will be governed by the rules of Masters Swimming Australia in force at the closing date for entries.

Masters Swimming NSW SunSmart and No Smoking Policy will apply at this meet. ENTRIES FOR MASTERS SWIMMING MEMBERS ONLY

Venue:    

Yamba Community Pool – Angourie Road Yamba
 25M POOL SURVEY HAS POOL SHORT, NO RECORDS CAN BE SET.
 (6 lane:       heated outdoor pool ~~ Anti-wave ropes)

Time:    

Saturday:    11am Start (Warm-up from 10am)
Sunday:      10am Start (Warm-up from 9 am)
 (Warm-up conducted in accordance with National Safety Policy)

Entries:    

• Electronic entries using TEAM MANAGER or TEAM LITE to be exported electronically to the Meet Recorder on  gandpsmith3@bigpond.com
• Manual entries to be entered on an official summary sheet and sent  together with all payments (electronic & manual) to address - see box, bottom right of flyer.
• Entries will only be accepted for 7 individual events maximum plus relays.    
• Relay swimmers must have entered at least one individual event.
• STATE OF ORIGIN SHOOTOUT RELAY LUNCHTIME SUNDAY - FORMAT TO BE ADVISED – TROPHIES FOR SELECTED SWIMMERS

Closing date:    ALL ENTRIES FRIDAY 25 MAY, 2012 (NO LATE ENTRIES)

Information:    

No non-point scoring entries.
Swimmers in event one (1) may need to swim two (2) per lane as separate gender heats.
Form stroke entries accepted in events 1 and 15. Swimmers intending to swim formstrokes must advise stroke with their entry.
Five lanes to be used for racing with one lane for warm-up.
 Entertainment:    Sausage Sizzle after swim on Saturday.
 Presentation Dinner at Yamba Bowling Club on Sunday night.
Carnival entertainment Theme – Hawaiian night – get out Your Ukuleles and Leis for a fun night!  

   
Cost:  

Overall weekend fee $60 includes pool entry, sausage sizzle and Dinner.
Meet only $30 includes pool entry and sausage sizzle.
Accompanying person to dinner $30
